Authentic Wagyu raises exceptional 100% Fullblood Wagyu beef from 100% Fullblood Tajima genetics. Since 2008, we have been dedicated to perfecting our Wagyu program in Enumclaw, Washington, combining generations of prized Japanese genetics with the natural advantages of the Pacific Northwest.

Unlike American Wagyu programs that cross Wagyu with other cattle breeds, our herd is 100% Fullblood Wagyu, preserving the purity, consistency, and extraordinary marbling these genetics are known for. We take pride in keeping our program rooted in Washington State and raising our cattle with exceptional care, patience, and attention to detail inspired by traditional Japanese husbandry.
