BRINGING WAGYU TO AMERICA

Our journey began in 2008. We raise 100% Fullblood Wagyu in Enumclaw, Washington. We raise our cattle the traditional Japanese way to create an authentic product. Our expert Herdsman has over 25 years of cattle raising experience in both Japan and the US. We are respectful of the traditional Japanese Husbandry and work closely with our processors to ensure that you are getting the highest quality beef raised in America!

ABOUT AUTHENTIC WAGYU

At Authentic Wagyu, we are one of the only privileged organizations to offer 100% Fullblood Wagyu. Most American-raised Wagyu are a cross between US Angus genetics and Wagyu genetics. While it is still a high-quality beef, there is a large difference in the marbling, texture, and quality of beef between traditional American-raised Wagyu and 100% Fullblood Wagyu. The ability to import Wagyu genetics from Japan was very limited, so we have refined our genetics and breeding to create a consistent product and we believe that is what makes us unique. Our 100% Fullblood Wagyu are Tajima cattle. Tajima cattle are known for their exceptional marbling and texture which helps us deliver the best quality Wagyu to you from a local source. We also import Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef from Kagoshima.

100% FULLBLOOD WAGYU

Our 100% Fullblood is from the Tajima bloodlines that produce superior meat compared to traditional American Wagyu, in both appearance and taste. To achieve this, we follow a strict feeding regimen that was developed by our expert herdsmen, and we keep our cattle as stress-free as possible. Authentic Wagyu’s 100% Fullblood Wagyu is as close to Japanese A5 Wagyu as you can find.
